    Bielik Summit 2025 once again proved that Poland is home to one of the most dynamic and knowledgeable communities focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence in business. This year’s edition brought together technology leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers, and representatives from across industries – all united by a single goal: implementing AI more effectively and responsibly.

    For the Cognitum team, participating as a supporting partner was much more than simply being present. It was an opportunity to share our expertise, learn about emerging organizational needs, and observe the development directions that will truly influence the market in the coming years.

    Where business meets technology

    Bielik Summit traditionally brings together what matters most at major industry events – intense knowledge exchange, dynamic panel discussions, and high-quality networking. We joined companies and experts who, like us, view AI not as a trendy buzzword but as a tool for operational and strategic transformation.

    The conference clearly demonstrated how rapidly the field is maturing and how essential it is to build responsible, scalable, and business-measurable AI deployments.

    Cognitum in conversations about the future of automation

    As a company specializing for years in AI solutions, data science, and semantic systems, we had a unique opportunity during this year’s Bielik Summit to share our experience with organizations across sectors – from finance and services to public administration.

    The discussions primarily focused on:

    • the growing demand for automating repetitive processes,
    • boosting the operational efficiency of teams,
    • improving data quality and consistency within organizations,
    • integrating AI with existing infrastructure,
    • and building solutions tailored to the specifics of individual processes.

    Conference participants openly emphasized that technical support infrastructure – helpdesks and customer service teams – is evolving rapidly, and technology’s role is to genuinely ease the workload of people, not add more layers of tools.

    Showcasing our solution – The AI Helpdesk Agent

    This year, we also had the pleasure of presenting our latest solution: the AI Helpdesk Agent. It is designed to support ticket-handling processes in an automated, intelligent, and scalable way.

    At the Summit, it attracted significant interest, especially due to:

    • automated responses to documentation-based inquiries,
    • intelligent ticket categorization and prioritization,
    • integrations with popular helpdesk systems (including Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk),
    • a high degree of personalization and adaptability to an organization’s workflows.

    Many attendees pointed out the real need to reduce response times and lessen the burden on operational teams – and our solution proved to be the answer to the challenges discussed throughout the event.

    Insights from the Bielik Summit stage

    The Bielik Summit agenda was, as always, intense and packed with substance. Expert talks focused on topics crucial to the future of AI:

    • how to build safe models amid increasing regulations,

    • which competencies will matter most for teams in the era of automation,

    • how business processes evolve under the influence of AI agents,

    • and how companies can derive real value from the data they already possess.

    Many of these themes are integral to Cognitum’s ongoing projects, making the conference an opportunity to view current trends from the combined perspective of practitioners and AI strategy leaders in large organizations.

    Grand finale – An inspiring conversation with Andrzej Dragan

    The event concluded with an evening networking session and closing celebration featuring an inspiring interview with Andrzej Dragan – a quantum physicist, artist, and science communicator known for his unconventional way of explaining physical phenomena and the limits of human understanding.

    Dragan – the creator of the “Dragan effect”, a figure blending scientific rigor with artistic sensitivity – shared his thoughts on:

    • possible directions in the evolution of artificial intelligence,
    • whether AI could develop its own form of “intelligence,”
    • and how technology shapes our understanding of reality.

    His insights were not only intellectually stimulating but also a perfect conclusion to a day spent discussing AI from every possible angle – business, technology, and philosophy.

    This year’s Bielik Summit 2025 once again showed that conversations about AI are not only inspiring but absolutely essential.
